As part of its commitment to continuously improve the quality of healthcare services, Klinik Medilab organized an ethics training session for all employees on August 29-30, September 5-6, and September 12, 2024. This training aimed to strengthen understanding of professional ethics and integrity in the workplace, which are fundamental values in providing the best service to customers.

The training was led by Ir. Erjon Sihotang, M.M., M.B.A., IRCA who provided practical guidance and real case studies relevant to the healthcare industry. Employees gained insights into the importance of maintaining ethical conduct in interactions with customers, colleagues, and other external parties.

dr. Adam Herman, M.Med (OM), SpOK, Occupational Medicine Specialist and Doctor in Charge at Klinik Medilab, explained that the training is part of an ongoing effort to maintain service quality and foster a positive work culture. “Through this ethics training, we hope that every employee can better understand the critical role of ethics in their daily work, enabling them to deliver better and highly ethical services,” said dr. Adam.

During the training, participants were also encouraged to discuss and share experiences regarding the ethical challenges they frequently encounter in their daily basis. This provided an opportunity for employees to learn from one another and find appropriate solutions.
