Armed with experience as a Health Examination Center for Indonesian Migrant Workers, Anugerah Ibu Clinic, which was established in Medan in 1994 and in 1998, was licensed by the Ministry of Manpower as the FIRST PJK3 on the island of SUMATERA. As an Occupational Health Consulting Clinic that serves every occupational health problem for company workers in the Medan area.

Then in 2002, Anugerah Ibu Clinic expanded its network by opening a SECOND branch in Batam under the name MEDILAB which was more spread to the Occupational Health Clinic for Workers in the Batam area which is an industrial area.

Based on his experience as a Workforce Health Examination Center, in 2007 opened the THIRD branch of DI Yogyakarta Province

And in 2008 developed a network by opening a FOURTH branch in the Province of West Nusa Tenggara which is a candidate for sending Indonesian workers abroad.

In 2013 Medilab developed a FIFTH branch in Karimun
